FXE 2046 (EMD GP38-2) leads CP 2WCM-09 northbound over CN trackage past CN's Dubuque Yard. This is by far one of the most unprecedented movements I've seen in my entire life. If you'd told me a month before that I would witness such an event, I wouldn't have believed you.
