Usually a sea of GP20 ECOs, a welcomed visitor operated along CP's Bangor Sub for a short spell in October 2024. A month into Autumn along the Searsport Branch, GP38-2 #3035 led local G15 through hit or miss sun on the 21st. They were seen rolling at speed through Blanket Lane in Stockton Springs, ME. While enjoyed by us fans with cameras, it apparently wasn't a very well-liked EMD as far as it's functionality. Alas, the 3035 was replaced by ECO 2280 within a week and sent elsewhere.
