Running six hours behind schedule, the 2nd, non-critical, section of the Los Angeles, CA to Willow Springs, IL UPS train makes its way through a Form B at the control point of East Valentine. The foreman and his work gang have been work on Main #2, thus reducing the dispatcher to only have one track available to move traffic. Eastbound traffic was light this morning, so the dispatcher held a fleet of westbound train to let a pair of Z-trains pass through, before the westbound flood gates opened.
