On the move southward out of town, the local stops and unhooks from three loaded pole cars near the switch at Mohawk Industries. The conductor holds on, as the engineer brings the Geep back to the mainline after picking up 4 cars from Mohawk. They will couple back up to the cars of wood poles, and travel several miles before entering LaGrange, Ga.
