| Progress Rail Services 3066 sits in the snow at the Coastal Pines Technical College in Waycross, Georgia. The locomotive was donated by Progress Rail Services and CSX to the College for their Railroad Technology program. The SD40 is fully functional, giving students a unique opportunity for hands on training. Waycross received about 4 inches of snow, which has taken days to melt due to very cold temperatures at night. |
