USA Waste Services SE23B-M no. 400 is looking large as it leads New York & Atlantic train RS-90 across 56th St / Flushing Ave on its way down the LIRR Bushwick Branch. "Think Green" is emblazoned on the locomotive and its mated slug, SE23B-S no. 010, as well as a claim touting it as "the world's cleanest diesel locomotive." |
