Remarks & Notes

With some spring foliage popping, the WW 102 crew through Downtown Winchester with the 3816 at the helm. The 3816 is going to be dropped off at the shops at Gore for its 92 day inspection. Note a single covered hopper in the train, to be dropped off at the last remaining customer on the Sandman/Gore line, Continental, in Winchester.
