Ge 4/4 III #647 of the Rhaetian Railway is leaving Spinas track 1 in the rear of the IR 1144 of the line IR38 from St.Moritz to Chur. The beautifully renovated station building was raised by half a meter and shifted over a meter to the left when the station was converted in connection with the new Albula tunnel and the disabled-friendly extension. The trains that stop here, every two hours in each direction (stop on request), run on the new platform track 1, the through trains use track 2 without a platform. In the background, you can see the portal of the old Albula tunnel, out of use, beeing rebuilt into a rescue tunnel.
