| A Black River & Western crew is switching cars at Quantix Supply Chain Solutions (formerly Mid-States Packaging) with a leaser engine. The engine was built as a GP38 for Penn Central as PC 7715 before going to Conrail as PC 7715 and eventually getting rebuilt as a GP38-2 for GATX as GMTX 2614. |
