Re 4/4 I # 10001 of SBB Historic, based in Olten, came to Winterthur this day with historic dining car Dr # 25. Now it is on the way back home as train 38165 via Wallisellen-Zürich main station track 31-Brugg-Aarau, between Winterthur and Kemptthal. The locomotive with 125 km/h maximum velocity was built as Re 4/4 I # 401 in a series of 50 by SLM, BBC, MFO and SAAS in 1946 for the SBB. 26 first delivered locomotives were fitted with multiple control to built push-pull trains with cab cars. Since 1996 historic vehicle with rebuilt cab side with 4 nozzle ventilation grilles only (like original).
