| A pair of Operation Lifesaver painted GP38-2's lead Norfolk Southern local C17 as it waits just outside the yard in Mingo Junction, Ohio for a departing Wheeling & Lake Erie train to clear and allow them to head in. The train is returning for the day after working industries along the Wells Industrial Track on the West Virginia side of the river. |
