P&LE GP38-2 sits at a locomotive facility in Youngstown, Ohio. The P&LE served the steel industry between Pittsburgh, PA and Youngstown, OH. The closing of steel mills led to the end of the P&LE in 1993, when it subsequently was purchased by the CSX.
