| A Fl?msbana tourist train number 1857 from Myrdal to Fl?m decending the steep grade and rounding the horseshoe curve located between Vatnahalsen and Reinunga stations.
The line from Myrdal to Fl?m is only 20 kilometers (12 miles) long, but has an elevation difference of 866 meters or 2481 feet.
The text on the side of the locomotive can be translated to "See Norway - take the train", which is a very good suggestion indeed! |
