| A pair of CSX GE's are on the point of an empty Herzog ballast train as it departs from Fulton Yard in Richmond, Virginia and rolls over the elevated trackage through downtown. This train is actually being pulled out of the yard by a yard-helper crew in order to facilitate a reverse move to get from the Peninsula Subdivision and on to the Bellwood Subdivision to head south.
