| CSX Y192-12 power is tied down on the switch lead next to the RCO bungalow on the north-end of Wauhatchie Yard. The day shift operator had just got off the RCL and was heading back to the office where the operator will lock his controller up and key in his time for the day. If you look closely on the conductor side of No 4382 above cab window is a tiny walkway wide angle camera. Before I parted way with the company I've heard from some of the crew that management was gonna implement walkway cams on locomotives. With it being the railroad theirs always "BS" rumors, but that wasn't the case in this instance. I personally can say it's another tactic for the PSR-trainmasters to scrutinize and fire ground employees. |
