| The day before the 4th of July, the Nevada Northern Railway debuted their Locomotive #250, formerly #204. It has been painted in a commemorative scheme for the 250th birthday of the United States next year.
Built in 1956, this EMD SD9 originally operated for the Southern Pacific. It later operated for BHP Nevada Railroad in the late 1990s over Nevada Northern trackage. It became part of the NNRY's collection in the early 2000s. |
