The collaboration between the Municipality of Riccione, "Trenitalia / Tper," Federalberghi Riccione, and Costa Edutainment has resulted in a train with a special livery dedicated to Riccione, a popular seaside resort on the Romagna Riviera.
The train, named "Viva Riccione," is a double-decker, five-car "Rock"-type train with over 600 seats, and its livery advertises all the local attractions.
It will connect the Emilia-Romagna region from Piacenza to Ancona, Ravenna to Pesaro, Milan to Ancona and Pescara, and also on the Turin-Pesaro/Ancona and Venice-Cattolica lines.
