In August of 1990, Native Americans blocked both CN and CP tracks in Ontario, Canada. CN detoured several trains over the CNW from Chicago thru Wisconsin on the Adams Line. Here we see a westbound detour train about to duck under West Shore Drive near North Lake, WI. The bridge I was standing on has since been removed and is now an at-grade crossing. CN trains in Wisconsin were quite unusual in 1990, but are now an everyday sight.
