Remarks & Notes
This 4-8-2 steam locomotive, number 6707, was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for the Pennsylvania Railroad. It had a total engine and tender weight of 768,360 lbs., and a tractive force of 64,550 lbs. It was built in Eddystone, Pennsylvania, where my great, great Uncle Robert F. McKee, Sr., worked as a design engineer at Baldwin. This Baldwin Locomotive Works builders photo card is from the John R. Doughty collection.
