Hmm. Great shot Buffie. What's that big, white letter in the upper left corner?

Thanks Dick! The M is for the nearby Colorado School of Mines. Freshmen are required to carry a painted rock to the M every year. 8^)

Hey, Buffy. My question on your photo was a joke of kinds. I am a Colorado School of Mines graduate. When I was a freshman I did carry a rock up Mt. Zion to the "M". I understand that the freshmen now carry a rock "down" the mountain. There were just too many rocks up there. I never get tired of your many photo submissions from around the greater Denver area. I left Utah 5 years ago so the wife and I could be close to our daughter who is a doctor at the Mayo Clinic. Life is still good even at 83! Dick Ebright Rochester, MN
