The eastbound Pioneer tiptoes through a derailment site on Union Pacific along the Columbia River. That is the east end of Burlington Northern's yard at Wishram across the river.
Amtrak 399 leads a Baby Builder past Puetz Road in Oak Creek, WI in January of 1993. I think this train originated in the Twin Cities due to issues further west.
