Late afternoon winter's day during July in the Natal Midlands we see a cement train heading up north to Newcastle.

18-515 is in charge of this cement train as it passes through the Cliffdale area running contra flow. The units would have picked up the load from NPC (Natal Portland Cement) at Mount Vernon.
