| Mountain locomotive HGe 4/4 II with gear wheels for the steep grades pulls a short Glacier Express along the Lake of Oberalp, 2044 meter above sea level. Above the rails, snow sheds are visible, to protect the trains in the winter season against avalanches. These cars are used in Glacier express service only. |
