MMC Hangar Queen
4803 and her sisters are the current "hangar queens" on NJ Transit's roster. On this day all four ex-Amtrak P40DCs were out of service at the MMC for various reasons. Perhaps it was fitting that 4803 was included in a display at the locomotive shop as part of the MMC Family Day event. This particular display included a wheelset assembly from an ALP-46 electric locomotive. |
